TD Bank Financial Group had a long-standing social program – TD Friends of the
Environment Foundation. The challenge was to develop a strategy to reinvigorate
the program and align it more closely with business objectives. After conducting a
national audit of internal and external stakeholders, and assessing the competitive
environment, Ethos developed a strategy to fortify the social program and maximize
employee engagement and stakeholder support.
